“It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Connor Construction as a general contractor. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jae on the renovation of our house in August this year. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. I had no prior relationship with Jae, who was recommended by a realtor friend of mine who was helping me in acquiring our new house and disposing off our town home which Jae renovated. The scope of the work involved sanding the wood floor in the family room, dining room and kitchen and re-staining it, replacing carpets in all the bedrooms, painting bedrooms and family room and plumbing repairs for the bathrooms and kitchen. The project took a week and involved 5 work crews (carpenters, siding, painters, plumber, and carpet fitters) I am extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give Jae top marks in the following areas:
- Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Jae used workers who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work product rarely needed improvement or revision.
- Quality of work crews. Other than one relatively minor exception which Jae promptly addressed once I brought it to his attention, the workmen whom Jae utilized were professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of the homeowner’s property and privacy.
- Effective communication. Jae kept me closely informed of work crew schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of different phases of our project throughout the week when I was out of town at the time he was working on my project. His communication (whether by cell phone or email) was always clear, informative, and helpful. He was either available on his cell phone, or returned my phone call within 2-3 hours. His communication with the work crews was just as effective.
In closing, I am very pleased with the final product which Jae was instrumental in delivering, and I am extremely impressed with his work as a general contractor and I recommend him without any reservations.

I’m a new home owner and was a little skeptical as I looked for professionals to install laminate wood in my home.
